(Note: This is a Demonstrative Institute Only) Collette Institute of Culinary Excellence (CICE) is the brainchild of Collette Reynolds. A student of France’s famous Sorbonne University, Collette found her calling in the culinary world at an early age. During her Masters in French Literature she fell in love with French cuisine and everything French. She soon decided to give up her Masters and pursue her real passion – cooking.
Collette began training under French chefs and soon wanted to broaden her horizons and learn about the different cuisines of the world. She has travelled extensively across Europe, Asia and is currently settled in New York. Here she has dedicated herself to teaching those who enthusiastic about the culinary world. “Back then we had the time and leisure to travel the world. In today’s digital world the world is there in your laptops.” says Collette.
